Sports Turf Completes New Softball Complex at Northeast Alabama Community College

Sports Turf Company, a specialty sports construction and surfacing company, is excited to announce the completion of Northeast Alabama Community College’s Softball Complex. The project consisted of constructing an artificial turf softball field, restroom building, concession building, locker room, storage building, bullpens, bleachers and parking lot.

Sports Turf Company constructed an artificial turf softball field on campus for the Mustangs at Northeast Alabama Community College. The artificial turf system installed on the field will allow the coaches and players to practice or play in virtually any weather condition. Functionality wise, this facility will allow the Mustangs to train and practice on a surface that is consistent and durable.

“We’re excited to provide a state-of-the-art facility to the campus of Northeast Alabama Community College,” said Sports Turf Company President Todd Wiggins. “It’s an honor to not only bring a new sport to the college but provide them with a facility that will allow their athletes to showcase their athletic abilities.”
