Sports Turf Company to Construct New Soccer Complex for Northeast Alabama Community College

Sports Turf Company, a specialty sports construction and surfacing company, is proud to announce it has been awarded the new Soccer Complex for Northeast Alabama Community College. The project will include a synthetic turf soccer field, MUSCO lighting, soccer netting, and the repair of the existing asphalt walking trail.

Prior to this contract, Sports Turf Company completed the new softball complex adjacent to the new soccer complex, helping the Mustangs bring a new sport to their college campus.

“We’re excited to continue bringing state-of-the-art athletic complexes to the campus of Northeast Alabama Community College,” Sports Turf Company President Todd Wiggins said. “Both the softball and now soccer complex, will prove to be monumental in propelling the athletic programs forward for the Mustangs.”

The artificial turf system installed will feature AstroTurf’s Rhino Blend Series. By combining Slit Film and High Micron fibers into one system, AstroTurf’s Rhino Blend system offers both durability and aesthetics.
