Sports Turf Company, a sports facility construction and specialty surfacing company, was a proud sponsor of the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) 2024 State Track Championships. Sports Track Company, a division of Sports Turf, was on site Thursday, May 9th – Saturday, May 11th at Carrollton High School to cheer on track and field athletes from across the state. During the competition three state records, including one national record were set on Maddox-Musselwhite’s newly renovated track.
Completed by Sports Turf, the existing eight-lane running track surface was resurfaced with Rekortan M synthetic surface, a World Athletics-certified, impermeable system featuring two distinct layers. This system delivers force reduction, ensures stability for predictable footing, and is sealed to protect against moisture intrusion.
