The running track and tennis court renovation is now the fourth athletic facility project awarded to Sports Turf Company for Enterprise High School. Previously, Sports Turf Company completed the Wildcat’s running track and tennis courts. Sports Turf was back in 2021, to install a high-performance turf system on the stadium field. Currently the indoor facility is under construction by Sports Turf. The existing running track surface will be removed and replaced with Rekortan’s G13 running track system. Rekortan’s G13 system is a world athletics certified gel full pour system focused on reducing the stress on the athletes utilizing the surface. The 13mm surface delivers more stable force reduction over wider temperature range, which enhances the athlete’s experience with a higher energy return rate. Sports Turf will renovate the existing tennis courts by replacing the asphalt mix as part of the surface renovation and installing 8 new Laykold Master Gel tennis courts, the first gel courts in the state of Alabama. The Laykold Masters Gel system is an advanced system known for its force reduction properties, ability to minimize player fatigue and risk of injury, while providing a responsive playing surface. “Enterprise High School continues to show a great commitment in providing the best facilities for their student-athletes,” said Todd Wiggins, Sports Turf Company CEO. “Both systems that will be installed are premium surfaces that will help propel the athletic programs forward.” [Back to Blog](https://blog.sportsturf.net) - [Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) ## Related Articles ## [Sports Turf to Construct a High-Performance Indoor Facility for Enterprise High School](https://blog.sportsturf.net/sports-turf-to-construct-a-high-performance-indoor-facility-for-enterprise-high-school) Sports Turf Company, a specialty sports construction and surfacing company, is proud to announce...
